En. Mohd Muazan Bin Mohd Mohsin is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of NM Legacy Sdn Bhd, a CIDB-registered Grade G5 construction company based in Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and graduated in 2010. His formative education was completed at the prestigious Royal Military College (RMC), from which he graduated in 2003 — a foundation that shaped his discipline and leadership approach.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction, renovation, and small-to-medium scale property development, Muazan plays a central role in directing NM Legacy’s strategic growth and project execution. He is known for his commitment to high standards, operational efficiency, and delivering client-focused outcomes.

Under his leadership, NM Legacy has grown into a trusted Bumiputera-owned construction firm, actively collaborating with financial institutions including LPPSA and commercial banks to support home-building initiatives. Muazan is also deeply involved in educating the public on land acquisition, homeownership processes, and post-construction planning through digital platforms and publications.
