Our company was incorporated on 14 February 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The company has evolved from a small sole proprietor to a full-fledged contractor registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Grade G5 (CIDB Reg. No : 0120130621-SL150870). NM Legacy Sdn Bhd is also a member of Persatuan Kontraktor Perumahan Malaysia (Membership No: PKPM-0020)
Our construction services include building, infrastructure, foundation, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services, renovation and property development.
We have built and delivered dozens of bungalows and semi detached houses for over 10 years now. Our passion will always to provide better quality houses for our clients.
We have an experienced management team led by our Chief Executive Officer, En. Mohd Muazan Bin Mohd Mohsin and he is supported by our Key Management Team with strong technical knowledge and vast experience in the respective fields. The collective expertise in the construction industry forms a solid foundation for our group to further grow our business and expand our market presence.
